YOGA, cycling and lifting weights are the sports which bring the biggest buzz.

The average person has a glow for up to an hour and 25 minutes after yoga, four minutes more than cycling, and 10 minutes more than a weights workout.

Jon Cottam, of Snap Fitness, which carried out the poll, said: “It’s fantastic to see that adults across the country get a happy boost from exercise.”
