❑ The HOUSE OF LORDS expenses £323 daily allowance are nearly what the universal credit pays for a month with no income tax over a year either and bar / dining subsidies. Out of 259 peers 69 did not attend at all. They should question peer attendance / contributi­on not criticize “smoked salmon sandwiches / the poor quality of Chardonnay” at taxpayer expense 25 million over 3 yrs. Replace / revise this blinkered chamber. It really is old hat!
