❑ How come when people owe Energy Suppliers, they hound you right down to bailiffs, but when they owe you money it takes 6 weeks for the ombudsman to raise a complaint. I have been waiting for 3 months for money out of what they call a deceased account hopefully the ombudsman will sort it plus the interest owed. Geoff, Newcastle

If you think about it logically school summer holidays start about 6 weeks too late because by now the evenings are already getting darker, and weather in general has deteriorated. I cant help thinking why don’t they start early June so they have the longest days while their on holiday? Dave
