Baba’s high-art tactical gambit
FANS reckon Babatunde Aleshe has a game plan after he completed the Horrifying Heights Bushtucker Trial with flying colours.
The Celebrity Goggle-boxer managed to win all nine stars on Tuesday’s treetop course despite saying he had a crippling fear of heights.
It left viewers baffled as it came just days after he refused to walk the plank in the series’ first task.
One tweeted: “I call BS on Babatunde’s fear of heights. PR stunt worked #ImACeleb.”
Plank
Another wrote: “Babatunde faking fear in the first trial so he’d get picked for more height stuff to avoid the creepy crawlies is genius #ImACeleb.”
During Sunday’s launch show the comedian had to walk the plank over the roof of a skyscraper in The Ledge challenge.
He was strapped into a harness and suspended from a 32-storey building alongside Charlene White and Jill Scott, but pulled out after telling hosts Ant and Dec he couldn’t do it.
Another fan wrote: “Scared of heights my a ***, playing the game well.”
