Cops respond by nicking reporter
A RADIO reporter was kept in a police cell for five hours after being arrested while covering a Just Stop Oil protest.
Charlotte Lynch, of LBC, was held for conspiracy to commit a public nuisance, despite showing police her press identification.
She was eventually released from Stevenage police station without charge. Charlotte said: “It was blindingly obvious
I was a reporter.”
