Tim’s hired again for poorly Claude
EX-WINNER STEPS UP
CLAUDE Littner has been forced to give up his role on The Apprentice for the second year in a row.
The businessman was too unwell to be one of Lord Sugar’s advisors during filming for the new series.
Bosses drafted in former winner Tim Campbell, right, to take his place once again.
An insider said: “Claude was unable to take part in the most recent series after suffering a bike accident. And during filming for the next series, he was unwell.”
Claude will still appear in two episodes – the first one and the interviews round. Since filming finished he has fully recovered from his illness.
The new series of The Apprentice will see 18 candidates battle it out – the highest number for five years.
Tasks will include creating a cartoon, staging an immersive event and flogging street food.
And there will be trips abroad to locations including Antigua in the Caribbean. It will start on BBC One in January.
