ANXIETY fuelled by Covid lockdowns led to one in six Brits taking up a stressbusting hobby.

Nearly a third admitted lockdown pastimes helped them de-stress and boosted their confidence.

And two years on almost a fifth still enjoy feel-good fun, such as baking, running and gardening, a survey by Samsung found.
