Elton isn’t Groove-y

NOT many spurn Elton John’s advances but Groove Armada did.

The electronic duo – currently celebrating 25 years with career-spanning box-set GA25 – could have worked with the Rocketman long before Dua Lipa and Britney Spears did.

The pair admitted: “Our biggest regret is turning Elton down!

“He was a big fan of our album Vertigo and he called up when we were in the studio, asking us if we’d like to work on some tracks together and we turned him down.”
