The old man’s a punk crock

MY partner’s the oldest punk in town. He still wears ripped T-shirts and chains at 60. His thinning hair (often dyed green) looks like a sickly lettuce... I know people laugh at him.

How do I get him to accept it’s time to hang up his bondage trousers and act his age?

Surely, it’s the person who matters. Would he presume to tell you how to dress or what music to listen to? Cherish his individuality.
