★ JASON Manford and Freddie Flintoff definitely reached new heights while filming their new travel show.

The pals headed to north Wales for an adventure and ended up doing some cliff camping.

★ That meant spending the night on the side of a rockface. As you can see, it’s not for the faint-hearted.

★ After doing it, Jason admitted: “It was an experience, which I would never do again or recommend to a friend. But I enjoyed it.”
