Jeff: I’ll give up billions
JEFF Bezos has announced he will be giving away his £105billion fortune.
The Amazon founder plans to donate the majority of his wealth to charities, with the bulk of it going towards fighting climate change.
However, he admitted it was tricky to work out “how to do it in a levered way”.
Jeff, 58, said: “Building Amazon was not easy. It took a lot of hard work, a bunch of very smart teammates, hard-working teammates, and I’m finding... that charity, philanthropy, is very similar.”
