EVERYBODY loves a Geordie accent except perhaps Toon native William Hickson who managed to get nicked with £820worth of hooky banknotes stuffed inside his sock. Talk about bad luck, Hickson got his dodgy dough from a counterfeiter who was no genius in spelling class and managed to print a batch of Tyneside’s first local currency – the 20 “poond” note.
