YOU ARE THEIR LOSS
THERE are many – myself included – who are intelligent enough to appreciate the wisdom and life experience of applicants who are nearer to the end of their careers than the beginning.
There is only so much that can be done to combat age discrimination. Unfortunately, it does remain a fact of life.
And I’m certainly not justifying ageism but if you think that a potential employer has discriminated against you because of your age, then do ask yourself: “Would I want to work for someone that blinkered and narrowminded anyway?”
