Aladdin lamped
A PANTO has been cancelled after a complaint about the names of two of its characters.
Aladdin was due to star launderette workers Chop Chop and Wishy Washy.
Brian Hepworth, 87, of Ansty, Dorset, said: “I am totally disgusted. It’s terrible this country is being brought to its knees with nonsense like this.”
The show was axed due to “unease about cultural sensitivity”.
