“THEY’RE here!” cried the cute six-year’s old in the 1982 film most chilling line. Steven Spielberg’s movie, about a family plagued by the paranormal, saw her character talk to supernatural forces through the telly and be abducted.

The US youngster went on to star in TV show Happy Days and the Poltergeist along with other sequels but tragically, along with other early deaths among the movies’ stars, she died aged just 12 following a cardiac arrest from septic shock.
