JAYNE Torvill turned down a big-money offer to be on The Masked Singer.

The skating legend is convinced she would hate performing inside the bulky costumes on the ITV1 show.

She said: “I was asked to do The Masked Singer this year, but I didn’t do it.

“I get really claustrophobic. Even when you’re not wearing the mask, you have to wear something over your head.

“And I can’t sing!”

The new series kicks off in January.
