BEAR Grylls loves wandering about wearing just a kilt.

The adventurer, 48, says he likes to take off his shirt before going to the jetty on his Welsh island. And he admitted: “I’ll be barefoot, shirt off, to get grounded, whatever the weather.

“I’ve started wearing an old green, canvas kilt. I got it off eBay. I can get the wind around places where the wind doesn’t normally go!”

The dad-of-three bought St Tudwal’s island in 2001 for £95k.
