Star Will picks hit musical
WILL Ferrell only agreed to appear in new Christmas film Spirited when he heard he would get to slap Ryan Reynolds in the face.
The 55-year-old comedy actor had been put off when director Sean Anders said the movie was a musical.
But when he realised he would get to hit co-star Reynolds, 46, he decided it was too good a part to turn down.
Elf star Will told the Screen Time podcast: “Dream come true – to leave a handprint on that gorgeous chiselled cheekbone and jawline...”
