Sting ‘to cost leg’

A BRIT thought to have been stung by a scorpion faces having his leg amputated.

Alan Stephenson, 73, of Hull, East Yorks, is being treated in Thailand for a disease that has stripped the skin off his left leg.

His family are trying to bring him home, but will have to pay an £18,000 bill.
