Mad Vlad’s lads ‘went all Rambo’

A RUSSIAN soldier who defected has told how Mad Vlad’s forces had “Rambo Syndrome” as they raped and pillaged in Ukraine.
Nikita Chibrin, 27, spoke of one case where four servicemen raped a mother and her daughter.
He is now applying for political asylum in Spain and says he is ready to tell all to an international court.
Chibrin served under notorious commander Azatbek Omurbekov whose troops were accused of massacres and rapes in Bucha.
President Vladimir Putin promoted him from Lt Col to full Colonel. Chibrin said of the troops: “They went crazy. They said, ‘We have the power, we have the tanks, we have infantry fighting vehicles, weapons...’ “‘Rambo Syndrome’ was on,” he said, referring to the movies starring Sylvester Stallone.
He added: “Many found alcohol in [Ukrainian] houses and drank.”
Chibrin stowed away in a truck and reached Madrid last week, where he has applied for asylum.
