Butterfly has a hoot on owl

★ IT’S not a flight of fancy! This tawny owl really is letting a painted lady butterfly perch on his head.

Mark O’Neill caught the owl frowning in Lingfield, Surrey.

★ He said: “I was worried if I got too close, I’d frighten the owl but it was happy for me to move nearer.”
