Lad hits kidnap monster

A LAD of 12 escaped a kidnap attempt by punching his attacker and running off.

The boy was waiting at a bus stop when a weirdo came up behind him and grabbed his arm.

The man, believed to be in his 30s, told the boy to “come with me”, but the lad hit him in the ribs.

The attacker was forced to let go of his arm and he scarpered.

The culprit then tried to follow the boy down the road on two more occasions before he finally got away.

Police have launched an investigation into the kidnap bid in Southampton.
