Journo is suing Trump
DONALD Trump has been sued for battery and defamation.
Ex-magazine columnist E. Jean Carroll, 78, claims he raped her in a Manhattan store’s dressing room in 1995.
She used the same law which allowed Prince Andrew to be pursued by Virginia Giuffre.
Papers were lodged yesterday under the Adult Survivors’ Act.
