Bogus caller is caged

A THUG who made more than 2,000 bogus calls to emergency services was jailed for a year.

Paul Hennessy, 57, threatened to kill South East Coast Ambulance Service staff with a machete and also made hundreds of calls to police.

Hennessy, of St Leonards, East Sussex, admitted two charges of sending threatening electronic communications to cause distress or anxiety at Lewes Crown Court.
