MAGUIRE A GO-TO GUY

HARRY MAGUIRE never lets you down for England and I’ve said that from the word go.

He was the best player on the pitch against the USA – or his head was. Maguire ate up everything in the air, particularly from set-pieces.

He was outstanding in my opinion and what I love most about his situation is he doesn’t hide.

It could be the perfect game for him against Wales because he will have a battle with Kieffer Moore.

That style suits Maguire (inset) down to the ground, he doesn’t want to be playing against a clever, pacy forward that wants to come short then go in behind.

Maguire is as good as anyone when it comes to an aerial battle.

I have to take my hat off to him again. For someone who is facing pressure every minute when he plays for England, he always seems up to the challenge.
