MUSK PLANS TO INVENT E-PHONE
ELON Musk says he may create an “alternative” to the iPhone.
The world’s richest man has threatened to take action if Twitter is booted from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Asked by a fan if he would produce his own smartphone, Musk tweeted: “I certainly hope it does not come to that, but, yes, if there is no other choice, I will make an alternative phone.”
The fan created a Twitter poll asking followers whether they would switch to a “tELONphone” - with 51.2% saying “yes” and 48.8% “no”.
There is speculation that Twitter could be removed from app stores if it doesn’t adhere to guidelines.
