Budget made the rich even richer again

-

❑ 2p off tax & 2p NI is not the answer, it again benifits the well off, the personal allowance should be increased to benifit all equally otherwise it’s another step back which will cause a dramatic cost in the future. Lawman

❑ Government freezing 5p fuel duty for another year sees motorists will not benefit because retailers don’t pass it on taking higher margins on the fuel they sell. The RAC said petrol had shot up 4p and diesel 5p in Feb. Shopping around the govt should reintroduce the fuel comparison website ‘naming and shaming’ list seeing huge differences per litre. Rip off! Brian Linford Pontefract

❑ Minimum wage goes up next month. But oh look council tax going up. If the council stopped wasting money they wouldn’t be struggling. We get given in one hand and straight out the other. This country always gets screwed over. Fuel, energy, council tax, food etc etc. But we all moan but nothing every gets sorted. Derbyd

❑ As the famous Fred Dibbah said Britain was built by men in overalls and ruined by men in suits. How true with the turnips in charge today! Pomfretian

TOD

❑ To Jeremy Hunt Chancer, just remember if your government are not allowing petrol & diesel vehicles in 6 years time where is the government going to rake in taxes from & drivers unable to purchase e-vehicles? Laurence

❑ vindictive feminists bankrupt bham council with back dated equality claims. Also vindictive feminist waspi women want pension claims. Misandrists. Jeff

❑ CEO, Birminham Council, madam, do you want the good news or the bad? As you know we are bankrupt in debt of £164 million, but we are going to give you your equal pay, the bad news is were making you & your husband redundant. Lawman.

❑ Why are councils and tax man not looking at holiday lets. if you look at the price charged some are £1,500 to £2,000 a week so should be paying double council tax as bins are emptied roads swept but the locals keep paying for all that. Stockton jeff

❑ The majority of people cannot pay for private health care. It’s now time to allow assisted dying, why should anyone be made to live in agony because they can’t afford to be looked after. Striking doctors, nurses, and dentists are no better, pure greed. EBG

❑ interesting seeing the photo showing protesting miners being followed by mounted riot police, interesting how hard working men trying to save their jobs and keep their families and communities alive were hit hard by the full force of the police, jump forward a couple of decades and police sit back and watch while our monuments are defiled and vandalised they ignore hate chants calling for the slaughter of people and they refuse to investigate grooming gangs abusing young girls, and offer tea and blankets to tarquins stopping hard working people getting to work and bringing whole towns and cities to standstills, just whose side are the police on today? cause it doesn’t look like its the hard working british peoples. john challenger
