Anton & Giovanni’s Adventures In Spain 9pm, BBC One

Last year, dancer Giovanni Pernice took his Strictly Come Dancing pal Anton Du Beke on a tour of his homeland of Sicily. They enjoyed it so much, they are now heading off on another trip – and this time they are exploring Anton’s Spanish roots.

They begin in the Andalusian region, making a suitably dramatic arrival in a hot air balloon. They land just outside the region’s capital city, Seville, where they spot a shop selling fans. The famous Spanish accessory has been used as a prop in many a Strictly paso doble, but it turns out there’s still a whole secret coded language to them that neither Anton or Giovanni knew existed.

They also follow a tip from Anton’s Spanish mum and visit Ronda, which is one of the country’s most photographed destinations.
