The step back up to three miles this afternoon should be a big help and this looks a weaker contest.

HIDDENVALLEY LAKE (3.05) is fancied to announce his arrival in the staying big league by winning the Grade One JRL Group Liverpool Hurdle.

Henry de Bromhead’s raider is dangerously unexposed against some stalwarts of the division and took a big step forward when winning the Boyne Hurdle last time. He looked different gear to his rivals that day and impressed with how quickly he put the race to bed at the last.
