Enrique: I never kiss off my wife

ENRIQUE Iglesias says his wife Anna Kournikova doesn’t mind him smooching fans.

The Spanish singer/ songwriter has a reputation for being a ladies’ man but reckons making out with admirers is just part and parcel of being an entertainer.

Asked if ex-tennis pro Anna, mother to his three children, ever gets jealous, Enrique insisted: “Not at all, no, no, no, no. Anna will be at one of my shows and I’ll do that (smooch).

“I do that all the time – I love embracing, kissing and hugging my fans. I like getting close up.

“And a lot of times she says, ‘Man, I always get this look from some of the girls... and they’ll ask, ‘Are you OK with it?’ Yeah I’m totally cool he’s on stage.

He’s embracing his fans.’”

Enrique’s fans have gone to extreme lengths to meet their Hero, and potentially get a little kiss.

He shared: “I just love to get so much love from my fans.

“I had a fan that hid underneath my dressing room table for eight hours with her little sister and once I was done with my show, I went back to the dressing room and she was scared of coming out from underneath the table.

“I had a fan one time that swam across the bay to my house and she was so sweet, she was so cool.”

His wife must be delighted!

Last month Enrique released what he called his last-ever album, Final (Vol.2), and he says it will allow for more family time: “I just don’t wanna make albums any more.

“The process for me for making an album, and I don’t know how it is for other artists, but I will write or I’ll record 150 songs and then you gotta deliver 10 songs, and I just don’t wanna do that.”
