Decreasing oak use sees this 2017 vintage age for four to six months in barrel, then 10 more in steel, with lees stirring. Expressive nose of tropical fruit, coconut and brioche, then the herbal mid-palate of crisp citrus and pineapple, and fresh, lingering acidity. JS Alc 13.5%
