Decántalo, Vinissimus

From a single vineyard, with centenarian vines grown on slate. Leathery, earthy aromas. Very deep, inky colour. Equally deep and inky flavour; dark, savoury, with a powerful mid-palate, saline with graphite. Lifted by refreshing citrus acidity. Powers through to the finish. It is warm, but it’s a big wine in balance. Drink 2021-2026 Alc 15%
