Single-vineyard organic Cava de Paraje Calificado from an area close to Barcelona, where the saulò (decomposed granite) soil gives a distinctive character to this blend of 40% Chardonnay and local Pansà Blanca (Xarel.lo). Austere, serious, with aromatic precision, a round mouthfeel and expressive finish. Deservedly at the top of Cava’s hierarchy. Drink 2021-2025 Alc 12%
