Textbook expression of the Xarel.lo grape variety in a Catalonian sparkling wine. Austere, tense, fresh but not crisp, balanced and firmly structured. More characterised by the variety than by the ageing; not particularly complex but very open. Affordable, a good wine with which to get to know the fine sparkling wines of this area. Organic. Drink 2021-2022 Alc 12%
