Keep the romance

Further to Micki Winsor’s letter last month, I would personally hate to see calories, sodium, calcium et al on my wine labels. Wine labels are a large part of the overall romance of owning and consuming fine wine and serve as a welcome escape from the ‘nanny state’. Some of us are still getting over Château Cantemerle changing its label 40 years ago!
