A guide price of £295,000 has been set, which includes the pub buildings and a large car park opposite that can accommodate up to 30 vehicles.

According to the agent, the pub is predominantly “wet led”, which means its main focus is serving drinks. However, the building does boast a small commercial kitchen.

The pub has a total ground floor trading area of 1,020 sq ft, which is set around a single central serving area. The main bar has a games areas, which includes a pool table and dart board.
