OLIVER Nixon, 27, of Wilmot Road, Swadlincote, was fined £333 and told to pay £85 costs and a £33 victim surcharge and was banned for 22 months for drink-driving in Clough Drive, Burton, on November 11. He had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
