Over the limit

MICHAEL Sharpe, 37, of Nelson Street, Ilkeston, was fined £346 with £85 costs and banned for 15 months for drink-driving in Nelson Street, Ilkeston, on November 24. He had 56 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
