EY acquires tech company

FINANCIAL services firm EY has acquired Castle Donington-based technology business Seaton Partners.

The consultanc­y specialise­s in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applicatio­ns including finance and supply chain management and HR.

Seaton Partners has 39 staff and more than 25 active clients. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founder and director Adam Seaton said: “We are excited about joining a prominent organisati­on like EY. As we continue to build on our achievemen­ts over the last ten years, the business of Seaton Partners coming into the EY organisati­on will enable us to offer clients further resources in enterprise resource planning and support them on their digital transforma­tion journey to success.”
