GRADE II LISTED HOME WITH GUIDE PRICE OF £135K GOING UNDER THE HAMMER
A GRADE II listed cottage is among the Derbyshire homes going up for auction next week, with guide prices of less than £140,000.
The two-bedroom stone-built terraced cottage in Cromford, near Matlock, is located just a stone’s throw away from the village centre.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and the ground floor comprises of a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility area and toilet, one double bedroom and a family bathroom to the first floor and a further double bedroom on the second floor.
Some modernisation is however required for the property, which is up for auction with a guide price of £135,000.
Among the other local lots up for grabs this month are homes in the Derby suburbs of Littleover and Alvaston, and a property in Ilkeston in the wider county.
The properties have all been listed for SDL’s monthly property auction, which will be held on Thursday, August 26.
The auction will be live-streamed online with remote bidding only, with the first lots up for grabs from 10am.
Registration for bidding will close at midday on Wednesday, August 25. The auction will be conducted by auctioneers Andrew Parker and Graham Penny.
