Better candidates out there for county coach

WHY don’t Derbyshire County Cricket Club sack Dave Houghton as head coach? He seems clueless on how to motivate them to win.

I am 72 years old and I have always watched our county team, but the coach is the worst person we have had in that position and he certainly, in my opinion, was not much good, even when he played for Zimbabwe.

They keep losing matches. Why not try to get Peter Kirsten or John Wright as a coach, at least they were prolific run scorers for Derbyshire, or even Corky would be better than the person who is in charge now.
