Ex-care home could become new houses
A FORMER care home in Belper with planning permission for development is set to go under the hammer this week.
Ada Belfield House in Belper will be going up for auction later this month with SDL Auctions.
The former care home, located off the A6 in Belper’s town centre, has approved planning permission for the demolition of the property.
This will allow for up to seven new houses to be built in its place.
The property is heading to auction at the end of this month, with a guide price of around £425,000 plus fees.
