Five-year ban

CHRISTOPHER Brigden, 32, of Castle Street, Melbourne, was jailed for 18 weeks, suspended for two years, ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay £85 costs, a £128 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for five years for failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when suspected of committing a motoring offence and for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Hartshorne Road, Woodville, on June 27, 2021.
