DALIBO Cervenak, 21, of Leacroft Road, Derby, was fined £330 and was ordered to pay £110 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without a valid licence in Osmaston Road, Derby, on April 9, 2020.
