12 weeks in jail for drink-driver

JULIEN Dale, 50, of Jaeger Closer, Belper, was jailed for 12 weeks by Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge and was banned from driving for three years and 42 days for drinkdriving, driving while disqualified and without insurance in Jaeger Close, Belper, on July 26, 2021. A test saw him blow a reading of 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
