Police hunt for missing man
POLICE are trying to locate a missing 71-year-old man from Derby.
Baldev Sagoo was last seen in the Littleover area on Friday morning when he left his home driving a silver C Class Mercedes with a registration beginning LS62.
The car was found by officers on Friday evening in Arleston Lane, close to where it crosses the canal. It is believed it was left there at around 1pm.
Mr Sagoo is described as 5ft 6ins tall and slim. He was wearing a black tracksuit and black trainers, and had on a blue turban, although he was also seen sporting a black Mercedes baseball cap. Derbyshire police said: “Anyone who was in the Arleston Lane area and may have seen Baldev is asked to contact police.”
