What has my service and taxes paid for?

AFTER Derby City Council advertised their welcoming intent to all the Afghanistan immigrants, arriving in Derby with the council’s outstretched arms and with the prospect of the council giving these needy people everything they need, can I just ask one question?

I am English, born in Derby 69 years ago. Since birth, I have served the county of Derbyshire and county of Nottinghamshire and elsewhere. I have paid all my taxes and insurances and never, never did wrong to my country.

Now for my question… could

Derby City Council help me get a doctor please?
