Can’t supervisors help on the bin rounds?

MISSED bins yet again all over the city and the council tell us it’s a shortage of drivers.

Supervisors on refuse hold a licence to drive a bin wagon, as they were drivers before promotion. Have they gone out driving to help a refuse team out?

The council leaves bins standing then pays out overtime on a Monday to clear up the mess. They have created at a massive cost to the taxpayer.
