The world’s longest running sports quiz enters a new era tonight, as Paddy McGuinness takes over from Sue Barker as host.
There are new team captains too – hockey star Sam Quek and rugby ace-turned-Strictly contestant Ugo Monye. It’s a well-publicised shake-up, not without its critics, but producers will hope Paddy can bring the same Midas touch that revitalised Top Gear.
The series opens with four Team GB medallists just home from Tokyo: triathlete Georgia Taylor-Brown, diver Matty Lee, boxer Lauren Price and weightlifter Emily Campbell.
