NHS cannot afford to look after everybody

-

OUR once wonderful NHS is now on its knees while still costing the country almost £150 billion per year to give what has become at best a second rate health service for everyone who is not critically ill.

Assuming there are 67 million people in this country, that means on average, the cost per person per year is now around £2,240 and, as we still have no control over illegal immigration, we presently have, apparently, around 2 million illegal immigrants in our country costing the NHS an additional minimum of £4.48 billion per year which would appear to be rising all the time.

It is all very well looking after people from all over the world, but we are unable to afford it. We should be looking after the people who live here, and we are not doing that any more.
